Position: Senior Project Officer (JC CoolThink Junior)
Location: Aberdeen City

Senior Project Officer (JC Cool Think Junior)

JC Cool Think Junior develops computational thinking among P1 to P3 students across 200 primary schools in Hong Kong and seven community CT hubs over Y0 to Y4 (Jun 2026 to Aug 2030), led by YCCECE for HKJCCT, with project partners CityUHK and ACTiCT.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate scheduling for PD workshops, school visits, PMC meetings, and partner meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Process procurement requests for equipment, printing, venue bookings, and service contracts in accordance with YCCECE and HKJCCT policies.
  • Support the planning and execution of project events, including the annual Fun Fair, Cool Think Challenge events, and the Mainland China exchange programme.
  • Maintain participant databases, including school contact lists, teacher registration records, and hub attendance logs.
  • Assist with financial claims and supporting documentation, and manage resource distribution logistics (School Unplugged Packs and Family Kits).
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and common communication platforms.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
Salary and Fringe Benefits

Initial appointment will normally be made on a renewable 24+ months contract.

Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance and dental, staff development support and leave provisions (annual leave, birthday leave, college leave, etc) to eligible appointee.

Appointee will undergo a Medical Examination and the Sexual Conviction Record Check.
