NHS Grampian is seeking a Band 2 Outpatient Receptionist to support front-of-house at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital and Woodend General Hospital.
Working hours are fixed on Monday and Friday from 08:30 to 16:30, with responsibilities including answering telephone enquiries, processing referrals, preparing clinic lists and assisting coordinators with bookings. The role emphasises excellent customer service and teamwork.
