Position: Clinical Receptionist and Administrator  ·

Aberdeen (office based)
· Part Time
· Up to 9 weeks per year - £12.81 per hour

The successful candidate will be able to provide a range of administrative support. Maintaining records, databases and information systems. Additionally, they will liaise with other departments and organisations in a professional manner, demonstrating the values of the MCL Group.

What you will do
  • Ensure relevant paperwork is ready for the patient's arrival and that it is completed correctly

  • Provide clinical staff with any appointment needs

  • Ensure certificates are issued in a timely manner

  • Conduct weekly audits to make sure all appointments are closed

  • Scan paperwork from remote clinics

  • Take control of the logistical element of remote drug testing

  • Send all biological samples to the relevant laboratory

  • Take control of all laboratory results and send them to the correct OHP

  • Maintain and update electronic records, databases, and information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth clinical operations.

Qualifications and

Experience:

  • Good IT Skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 Products

  • Good time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Self-motivation; keeps track of own progress; focuses on results - energetic, positive outlook and well organized
