Client Support Coordinator

Cammach are delighted to be working with our client, a leading Occupational Health Provider, to recruit a Client Support Coordinator. This is a permanent, staff position based in Aberdeen and will be fully office-based.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Booking appointments
  • This will be done via our in-house management system
  • Requests submitted via email or telephone calls

• Preparation for appointments
  • Ensuring the clinical team have the required information to complete an appointment

• Processing appointments
  • Checking certificates and reports are completed for issue to clients via our online portal
  • Ensuring appointments contain relevant information to complete the appointment

• Managing Trackers and Reports for outstanding tasks
• Reception team support
• Contacting external providers regarding updates on appointment outcomes
• Allocated a task

• GP Chasing

• Diary management
• Clinical support
• Preparation for the next day

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong confidence in learning new systems and programmes.
