We’re hiring a Centre Assistant to support the day‑to‑day running of our Aberdeen workspace.
This is a hands‑on, front‑facing role. You’ll be part of the team that keeps the space running smoothly, supports customers, and helps bring energy into the building.
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of the centre
- Welcome customers and handle enquiries
- Assist with viewings and light sales activity
- Help set up and run events
- Keep the space clean, organised, and professional
- Support members with day‑to‑day needs
- Friendly, confident, and professional
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and organised
- Proactive mindset—you take initiative
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
- 16 hours per week
- £28,080 - Pro Rata (16 Hours)
- Flexible working pattern (including occasional evenings for events)
- Aberdeen-based
