We are looking for a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly Reception Team.
Hours of work - Monday, Thursday and Friday 8am 5pm.
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Organisational skills with a great attention to detail.
- The ability to multi task within a fast paced environment is essential.
Duties &
Responsibilities include:
- Answering telephone calls and assisting patients at the desk.
- Accurate updating of patient information.
- Booking patient appointments.
- Repeat prescription administration.
- Issuing test results to patients.
- General administrative duties.
