Senior Administrator - Student Support

A senior administrator post in the school office team at Thistley Hough Academy, a secondary school within Creative Education Trust, on a permanent, term-time contract. The core of the work is keeping all student records and acting as the link between the pastoral team, senior leadership, students and families. Based in a busy reception office, it needs real flexibility, as term-time work includes INSET days and a week of single closure-period days agreed by mutual arrangement.

• Maintain all student records
• Act as the direct link between the pastoral team, senior leadership, students and families
• Work as a core member of the school reception office team

• Administrative experience in an office environment
• Producing reports and correspondence for varied stakeholders to a high standard

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Managing conflicting deadlines and prioritising effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills
