OverviewAs the TMS Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate training logistics for the TMS client workforce in alignment with the client’s training matrix. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of organizing and upholding the training needs of TMS client employees, which includes booking courses, scheduling training sessions, and acquiring and distributing certifications.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and booking of courses in-house and with trusted partners.
- Proactively monitoring and managing training needs.
- Identifying and communicating with suitable vendors.
- Updating and maintaining the relevant learning management system.
- Managing status of bookings, ensuring that any changes are captured accordingly.
- Notifying employees of any changes.
- Adhering to departmental and client processes.
- Liaising with travel agents to book logistics.
- Undertaking additional duties as requested by the TMS Manager.
- Ensuring key performance indicators are met.
- Generating and issuing reports as per agreement with the client.
- Managing and maintaining excellent collaboration with the client.
- Highly self-driven and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas and/or Renewables Industry is an advantage.
