We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to play a key role in our ambitious growth strategy as one of the world’s leading Crew Management platforms for Energy, Renewables & Marine organisations.
THE ROLEThis role is focused on sustaining relationships and expanding growth opportunities across our client base. You will be based in our Aberdeen offices as a field‑based employee, travelling across Aberdeen and the wider UK. International travel may be required, though it is not a core requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:- Managing existing client accounts and relationships across Energy, Renewables, Marine and other highly regulated industries in a variety of geographies.
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring retention, through regular communication to demonstrate strategic importance.
- Creating and delivering Account Plans for key and growth clients.
- Expanding the use of Onboard Tracker within current and key clients, their affiliate companies and supply chain.
- Collaborating with Implementation and Support Teams to track service delivery and success.
- Identifying business opportunities for existing and new services within our client base.
- Supporting the Business Development team with new opportunities for Onboard Tracker products and services.
- Conducting system demonstrations and client presentations as a domain expert.
- Tracking threats and opportunities.
- Managing contracts, proposals for expiries and expansions.
- Representing the company at meetings, forums, networking and industry events.
Suitable candidates must hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to a car during working hours.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:- Have held an Account Manager or similar position for 5+ years, with evidence of account growth.
- Have experience in the Energy and/or Technology sectors, with strong industry relationships.
- Be self‑motivated, confident, and passionate about delivering high growth value and retention rates.
- Be organised, conscientious, and proactive in seizing opportunities.
- Be passionate about the customer journey and maintain high communication standards.
- Be tech savvy, comfortable with new technology, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe experience is a plus.
- Have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Be a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and seeks opportunities rather than waiting for them.

The role is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. You must have the right to work in the UK; no sponsorship will be offered.

with hybrid/work‑from‑home opportunities. Field‑based role with travel mainly within Aberdeen, wider UK, and occasional international travel.
