Job Description Client Assurance and Engineering Support
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert regarding all aspects of IPT’s Products and Services.
  • Provide clear, accurate technical guidance to operators, wellsite personnel, and integrity teams.
  • Work directly with IPT clients to optimize their IPT product and service use and ensure delivery of high‑quality service, technical support and project management.
  • Deliver high‑quality engineering materials to support client operations. Coordinate efforts to standardize the creation, storage and modification of all schematics, test plans, etc. for the client.
  • Analyze and review client operational performance. Deliver performance reviews, after action reviews, and operational insights in a clear, structured, and credible way.
  • Continually collaborate, educate, and train clients on IPT offerings to maximize value.
  • Work closely with manager and the client to create and evolve processes surrounding software development, operations, product performance, failure reporting, predictive failure, and other innovations.
Project Management
  • Act as the primary daily contact to resolve client concerns and needs. Create client trust through responsiveness, accuracy and clarity. Escalate, where appropriate, to manager.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships from rig site to leadership groups to achieve long‑term partnerships.
  • Develop thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to upsell and cross‑sell to clients.
  • Work with manager to develop strategic marketing plans that ensure products are fully embedded in customers operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand our services into different areas of customer operations and maximize the value of existing services.
  • With support of manager, interface and coordinate between client and related IPT departments for effective and seamless continued operational planning and support.
General Responsibilities
  • Support and advise in the annual process of developing strategic client roadmap and execution plan.
  • Execute strategic client roadmap and plan. Report KPIs and updates against the plan. Ensure problems, challenges are visible and minimize surprises to management.
  • Foster and maintain current customer relationships and ensure new relationships are built throughout customers organizations.
  • Increase revenue by working with manager to expand product offerings into new operating groups/regions for existing customers.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, analytics, and RTOC teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continual development of IPT solutions.
  • Travel both domestically, internationally and to rig sites as needed.
  • Offer outstanding customer service when fielding client requests and ensure suggestions for improvement are captured and implemented, to including regular solicitation and high quality documentation of customer feedback to drive product development.
  • Introduce new technologies and product offerings to customers via presentations, lunch and learns and other marketing efforts.
  • Participate in events and social media to professionally market and promote the company and products.
  • Exhibit exemplary data management for client record‑keeping and corporate knowledge retention. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
