Business Development Manager Subsea Structures

Approach:
Hybrid Remote typically 2-3 days per week in the office

Contract:

Permanent full-time

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to seek and close AUV survey opportunities in the oil & gas pipelines and loading lines market. With an initial focus in EU geographies this role has scope for global growth.

What you can expect
  • Early-stage prospecting of the pipelines market to determine sales opportunities that support the near and long-term growth of the company

  • Arrange and lead technical sales meetings to provide a quality overview of our capabilities to audiences that may not be tech-savvy

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer matters with the target market

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives against target customers

  • Forecast and track business development and sales metrics

  • Support development and operational teams by providing market and customer feedback

  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

What you bring
  • Strong experience in sales processes networking and prospecting with international customers ideally in the oil & gas industry.

  • Proven ability to understand customer problems and assess commercial potential.

  • Willingness persistence and creativity in establishing contact with new prospects and conducting commercial discussions

  • An entrepreneurial mindset you take ownership move fast and learn from iteration.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both internal teams and external stakeholders at various technical and seniority levels

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline to support sales targets.
