- Support the 3rd Party Delivery Lead by identifying and analysing impacted third parties across multiple migration events in an IWR transformation programme.
- Analyse third‑party impacts, ownership, and treatment across work streams and suppliers
- Interrogate programme artefacts (migration and readiness plans, architecture diagrams, RAID, contracts, test, and cutover outputs) to validate and challenge information
- Work closely with workstream leads, SMEs and the Business Readiness team to build a clear view of coverage, gaps, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure third‑party considerations are reflected in readiness plans, acceptance criteria, and controls evidence
- Provide analysis to support readiness assessments, T‑gates and senior Go / No‑Go decision‑making
- Produce and maintain documentation to support assurance, audit, and governance
- Track and escalates third‑party risks, issues, and dependencies where ownership or mitigation is unclear
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, comfortable working through ambiguity
- A proactive, self‑starting approach with confidence to take ownership and drive analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across multiple teams and work streams without direct authority
- Confidence working with complex programme artefacts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality, audit‑ready outputs
