We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in a client-facing role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients. This role will be servicing accounts in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. A car, phone and IT equipment are provided with this role.
Duties- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve any issues promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Proven experience in client management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
