As a Data & Insights Graduate, you'll help teams across our Scotland & North region use data to make better decisions and improve how we operate. Working as part of the Planning & Performance team, you'll gain hands‑on experience using data to solve real business challenges and support the delivery of essential energy infrastructure.

You'll work with information from different systems and sources to spot patterns, identify opportunities for improvement and help answer key business questions. Along the way, you'll develop reports, dashboards and insights that help colleagues understand performance and make informed decisions.

One of the best parts of the role is the variety. You'll work with teams across engineering, project delivery, safety, finance, commercial and more, giving you a broad understanding of how different parts of the business work together and how data helps keep things running smoothly.

Throughout the programme, you'll build practical skills in data analysis, visualisation and business intelligence tools, while contributing to projects that make a real difference. You'll be supported to learn, develop your confidence and grow your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

You'll have the chance to develop both your technical and people skills, working with colleagues from different teams and backgrounds, within a fast‑paced operational environment.
