We are expanding our Partner Services team and are looking for a hands-on Partner Services Manager to help our system integrator (SI) partners deliver exceptional outcomes for shared Bloomreach customers.

You will strengthen partner-led delivery from solution design through implementation, adoption and ongoing managed services. Working with partners, customers and internal Bloomreach teams, you will improve delivery quality, accelerate time to value, build partner capability and contribute to our Partner First motion across Europe.

What you will do Partner delivery governance

Oversee partner-led implementations from solution design to go-live, making sure scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and contingency plans are clearly managed.

Provide regular, clear status reporting across Bloomreach and partner organisations, raising risks early and driving them to resolution.

Hold partners and internal stakeholders accountable for delivery commitments and for keeping project data accurate.

Partner enablement

Enable SI partners on Bloomreach delivery processes and best practices, working with Solutions Consulting, Product, Product Marketing and Professional Services on technical enablement.

Identify opportunities for partners to build managed services that improve customer adoption, outcomes and platform ROI.Build strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their advocate and trusted advisor within Bloomreach.

Customer and cross-functional collaboration

Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Solutions Consulting and Professional Services to drive our Partner First motion forward.

Share best practices and platform updates with partners and customers.

Operational excellence and insight

Keep delivery, commercial and partner-performance records accurate to support forecasting, billing, governance and continuous improvement.

Use delivery and benchmarking data to spot trends, improve partner performance and share clear insights with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment, working with partners or within an SI agency.

Strong project management experience, including agile methodologies and supporting tools.
