Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Assistant Site Manager position in Aberdeen. Our client is delivering a high-quality new build commercial development in the Aberdeen area and is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Site Manager to support the lead Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations. With a project duration of several months and potential future works across the region, this opportunity suits a professional eager to gain further experience in large‑scale construction while contributing to a landmark build.

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily site activities for a new build commercial project
• Support the management of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor progress against programme, ensuring works meet specification and health & safety standards
• Maintain accurate site records, compliance documentation, and reporting
• Foster clear communication between the project team, client, and workforce

• Background in construction management, ideally with exposure to new build commercial projects
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS credentials (Supervisor card preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to support stakeholder coordination
• Proactive attitude with willingness to take responsibility and learn from senior management
• Local availability and flexibility for on-site presence in Aberdeen
