First People Solutions is recruiting an experienced Ganger/Supervisor for an ongoing construction project in Aberdeen.

Oversee daily site operations, manage teams on site, and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Ganger/Supervisor
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a busy construction environment
