Senior Site Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. As Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects on site, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Leading and mentoring site teams to achieve project objectives.
• Managing construction activities from mobilisation through to completion and client handover.
• Planning, implementing and monitoring site logistics.
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, and project resources effectively.
• Managing project delays and implementing solutions to maintain programme targets.
• Ensuring dimensional controls are established and maintained throughout the project.
• Maintaining accurate project records and site diaries.
• Driving compliance with health & safety, quality assurance, and company management systems.
• Working closely with design teams to ensure the timely release of information.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, neighbours, and stakeholders.
• Delivering projects to the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• A construction-related degree or a strong trade background with significant site management experience.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction health & safety legislation and best practice.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SMSTS qualification.
• First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and programme management.
