Construction Sub Agent, Civil Engineering

We are working with a well-established and highly respected civil engineering contractor to assist them in hiring a Sub-Agent for their growing team in Aberdeen.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineering professional to join a busy and expanding business delivering a range of infrastructure and civils projects across the North East of Scotland. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. • Supporting the Site Agent with the day-to-day management of civils projects
• Coordinating site activities to ensure work is completed safely and on programme
• Managing subcontractors, labour, and plant on site
• Ensuring quality standards and health & safety procedures are maintained at all times
• Assisting with site documentation, reporting, and project planning
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and the wider project team

• Previous experience working within a civil engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
