GS3 Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to support a private house builder in delivering up to 50 new build homes in Blairgowrie. You will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Essential qualifications include the SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card. Candidates should have experience in residential construction and strong communication skills. This is a 9-month minimum contract, with interviews before June 8th.
