Ambitious Project Manager - Aberdeen

Join a leading Tier One construction contractor renowned for delivering complex, high‑value projects across Scotland. This role is a key part of a flagship £90 million new‑build school development, setting new standards in educational infrastructure.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will work closely under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager and Project Director, ensuring seamless delivery of this major project.

Your responsibilities
  • Managing day‑to‑day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Monitoring programme, quality, and health & safety compliance.
  • Driving progress against key milestones and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including local authorities and design teams.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on medium to large‑scale construction projects (preferably education or public sector).
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and Tier One/Tier Two contractor processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., a degree in Construction Management or equivalent).
