Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an interim Quantity Surveyor to work with a Council in Scotland. The role involves managing commercial projects such as schools, with a budget of £6-7 million per year. Responsibilities include cost estimating, financial management, procurement, and overseeing a team of QS Assistants.
This hybrid role requires more on-site presence during the summer. Candidates with knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts and Scottish contract experience are preferred. An initial 6-month contract is available outside IR35 for the right candidate.
