Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy Oxford £55,000–£70,000  benefits An established construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Oxford team, delivering projects across heritage, education, industrial & logistics, and residential sectors. This position requires a technically capable, consultancy-trained Project Manager with experience across all RIBA stages, able to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.

You'll be responsible for programme control, procurement strategy, risk management and governance, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality parameters. Responsibilities Project leadership across all RIBA stages Programme, risk and change control management Procurement strategy and consultant appointments Client reporting and governance Technical oversight of project delivery and team coordination Requirements Background in a construction consultancy / PM consultancy Chartered RICS, CIOB or APM Strong understanding of project governance and delivery processes
