Senior Site Manager

Your new company
You will be joining a highly respected and well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of major construction projects across Scotland. They are currently delivering a landmark 100m development in Aberdeen and are looking to strengthen their site team with an experienced Senior Site Manager.

Your new role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the internal fit-out package on this major development. You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, drive the programme, manage quality and health & safety, and ensure the internal works are delivered to the required standard and timescales. You will work closely with the wider project team on what is a complex, high-profile build.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong main contracting background and a proven track record of delivering internal fit-out packages on large-scale construction projects. Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors through the fit-out and finishing stages is essential. You will be confident driving programme, quality and health & safety standards on site, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

A valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification would be expected.
