An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestigious, high-performance automotive brand based in Aberdeen. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with an immediate start, offering the chance to secure a long-term career within a premium dealership environment.

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 (1 hour lunch)

Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 (1 in 3 rota)

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless journey from booking through to vehicle collection.

• Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding servicing and repairs
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating workshop activity
• Providing clear and accurate repair estimates
• Explaining technical information in a professional and customer-friendly manner
• Managing invoicing and service documentation
• Resolving queries and concerns efficiently and professionally
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services where appropriate

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment

• £30,000 basic salary
• Bonus structure with realistic earnings between £5,000 - £7,500
