Overview
Supervision of the daily operations of Main Entrance Operations Department including entrance’s guest flow, on-site ticket and pass sales, admission control and car park fee collection so as to ensure smooth, efficient and orderly operations with high service and safety standard.
ResponsibilitiesSupervision of the daily operations of Main Entrance Operations Department including entrance’s guest flow, on-site ticket and pass sales, admission control and car park fee collection to ensure smooth, efficient and orderly operations with high service and safety standards.
Qualifications- Diploma holder, university graduate is preferable, with 4 years ticketing / guest services experience
- Experience in counter operations and cash handling
- Experience in preparation of sales, attendance and revenue reports
- Knowledge in operation of automated ticketing and admission system is preferable
- Good command of English and Cantonese and Putonghua
- Willing to work outdoor and on weekends
