Location: Aberdeen City
Main Entrance Operations - Ticketing Officer/ Senior Ticketing Officer
To support the daily operations of Main Entrance Operations Department including entrance’s guest flow, on-site ticket and pass sales, admission control and car park fee collection so as to ensure smooth, efficient and orderly operations with high service and safety standard.
Requirements- Diploma holder with experience in customer / ticketing services is preferred
- Experience in counter operations, cash handling and preparation of sales and revenue reports
- Experience in operating an automated ticketing and admission system is preferable
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Responsible, self‑starter and self‑motivated
- Willing to work outdoors and on weekend & public holidays
