Location: Aberdeen City
Duncan & Todd Opticians in Aberdeen is recruiting a Temporary Customer Care Assistant to join our busy practices, working 37.5 hours over 5 days. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, handling enquiries via phone, email or in person and supporting daily front-desk tasks.
You will manage the appointment diary, assist with frame and lens selection, demonstrate contact lens use, process deliveries and NHS paperwork, and help maintain patient records while keeping the
