Client Program Specialist

As a Client Program Specialist, you'll work closely with a key client, helping them navigate testing, inspection, and audit services while collaborating with teams across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys communication, project coordination, data, and client interaction.

• Be the go-to contact for one of our major fashion industry clients.

• Work from the client's London office 3 days per week and build strong day-to-day relationships.

• Help answer questions, solve issues, and support client needs related to testing, inspections, and audits.

• Partner with teams across UL Solutions including Operations, Quality, Sales, and Business Development.

• Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs that help track performance and improve programs.

• Keep client requirements organized, updated, and communicated across the business.

• Support continuous improvements and help make our client programs even better.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in customer service, client support, sales, or account coordination is a plus - but we're also happy to consider early-career professionals.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

• Interest in data, reporting, and process improvement.

• Experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a bonus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial, curious mindset and willingness to learn.

• Team player who enjoys collaborating with different people and functions.

• Able to work in London three days per week.

The salary range for this position is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of base salary.
