Dental Hygienist (Self Employed basis)

Location: Westhill Dental & Implant Clinic, Aberdeen

Position: Dental Hygienist

Hours: Part-time, Fridays 8.00am - 5.00pm.

We offer general dentistry, referral service for implants, endodontics and periodontics, we also offer clear aligners and facial aesthetics. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in helping our patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health through preventive care, education, and treatment.

• Provide dental hygiene treatments, including scaling and polishing.
• Deliver tailored oral hygiene advice and preventive care.
• Assess and monitor patients' periodontal health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
• Work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene.
• Be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be passionate about patient care and preventive dentistry.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a professional, caring, and positive attitude.
