Gilbert Road Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Salaried GP to join our friendly and progressive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated clinician to become part of a thriving practice with a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

• Single‑site practice with a patient population of approximately 10,000
• Team includes 3 GP Partners and 4 Salaried GPs
• Well‑established acute care team consisting of: 2 Physician Associates and a Full‑time practice‑employed Pharmacist
• Supportive and experienced nursing and administrative staff
• Encouragement and support for developing special interests

As a Salaried GP you will provide high‑quality patient‑centred care within a collaborative and well‑supported environment. Youll have the opportunity to participate in clinical meetings to help shape patient services and the future direction of the practice.

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care across a range of clinical presentations
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development of services and practice innovation
