First Aid Instructor
3t | Training Services (UK) is recruiting a First Aid Instructor on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. The role involves delivering 3t's approved suite of courses at 3t training centres.

The RoleDeliver 3t’s approved suite of courses within the given technical subject area at 3t training centres in a consistent, professional way which reflects 3t’s business integrity and culture.
Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver courses as required in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements.
- Support customers during course delivery as appropriate.
- Participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required.
- Provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate.
- Support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and continual improvement of existing courses.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
- Apply 3t and where appropriate Client’s HSE Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that all 3t quality and operational procedures are always adhered to.
- Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

Preferred:
- Medical Practitioner, General Nurse or Paramedic certification
- Valid HSE or SQA First Aid certificate
- Industry recognised Assessor qualification
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Frec 3 / 4
- Mental Health First Aid
Advantageous:
- Previous knowledge and experience of offshore ERRV crew working conditions and have a knowledge and understanding of prehospital care.
- HSE Offshore First Aid
- ITC Level 3 First Aid at Work
- ITC Emergency First Aid at Work
- ITC Mental Health First Aid
- GWO Enhanced First Aid (Refresher)
- GWO First Aid
- Advanced Medical Aid
- Other related short courses as required.
