Job Purpose:

To deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute to the professional, corporate life of the school in relation to pupils, staff and appropriate external bodies within the agreements of the SNCT.

Duration:
Permanent, Full Time

Roles that require PVG Membership:
From 1 April 2023, candidates where the role requires PVG membership will meet the cost, up to £30,000 salary. For teaching roles and jobs at Grade 11 and above (£31,505 per annum / £17.31 per hour), the Council will pay the membership cost initially, deducted from first month full salary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Appropriate teaching qualification
• Full GTC (Scotland) registration in the appropriate subject/sector, or be eligible for such registration
• PVG scheme membership – Working with Children
