Cover Supervisor. 32.5 HOURS, TERM-TIME ONLY. Grade 3 - 9-22. PERMANENT.

The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to be based at Prince Albert High School. The school fosters a supportive and inclusive community where both students and staff can thrive. Prince Albert High is a free school which opened in September 2021 to a cohort of 180 students. The Trust aims to develop a generation of young people who will transform their own life chances and make the world a better place.

Prince Albert High is unique in that incoming year 7 students and their families are well-known by the school.

The successful candidate will be passionate and motivated, putting pupil care at the forefront of their work. • Support the school by providing cover for absent teachers in line with the role of a Cover Supervisor.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for pupils.
• Collaborate with staff to support pupils’ learning and behaviour in line with school policies.
• Demonstrate professional, respectful communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of students as required by school policy.
