Key Responsibilities:

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Ealing

* Support classroom teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4 (Years 7–11)

* Provide one-to-one and small group interventions

* Assist with planning and delivering lessons under teacher guidance

* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Work closely with SEN and Inclusion departments to support all learners

Requirements:
Graduate Teaching Assistant – Ealing

* A 2:2 degree or higher (any subject)

* Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)

* A genuine interest in becoming a teacher

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Commitment to a full academic year in a teaching assistant role
