With our extensive school partnerships and long-standing relationships, we’ll help you find the position that’s right for you — with expert guidance and support every step of the way.

• Deliver engaging lessons to classes in accordance with the curriculum.
• Plan and prepare lessons, activities, and assessments tailored to pupils’ learning needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide clear feedback to pupils to support their progress and development.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to support all learners, including those with additional needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and curriculum planning.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — ECTs are welcome to apply
• Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils (11–16+) in your subject area
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching
