Location: Aberdeen City
Job Purpose
To work in collaboration and under the supervision of Early Learning and Childcare teams to provide high quality and learner-centred Early Learning and Childcare to children from 2 to 5 years.
Location & DurationGlashieburn School, apprenticeship, full time.
Minimum Qualifications- Good written and numerical skills gained through either Standard Grades/National 4 or 5 qualification(s) or relevant work experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including non-verbal, verbal and written forms.
- Good observational and listening skills.
With effect from 1 April 2023, candidates for roles with a full-time equivalent salary of £30,000 and above will be required to meet the cost of the PVG membership. The Council will pay the membership cost initially, either £18 for existing PVG scheme members or £59 for non-members, and this cost will be deducted from an employee’s first full month’s salary.
