Location: Aberdeen City
Protocol Group, in partnership with North East Scotland College (NESCOL), is recruiting a part-time Cooking Lecturer to deliver 'Flavours of the World: A Taste of Italy' at Aberdeen City Campus.
You will prepare and deliver lessons for hospitality students, provide constructive feedback to develop kitchen skills, and ensure accurate attendance and progress records in college systems. A Professional Chef qualification or equivalent is required.
