3t is currently looking to recruit a Skills / Lifting Instructor on a permanent contract in Aberdeen, UK.

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The working hours for this role are 7.30am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday, including a 45‑minute unpaid lunch break.
The Opportunity Role PurposeTo deliver 3t’ approved suite of courses within the given technical subject area at 3t training centres in a consistent, professional way which reflects 3t’ business integrity and culture.

- To deliver courses as required in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements
- To support customers during course delivery as appropriate
- To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required
- To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment. Apply 3t and where appropriate Client’s HSE Policies and Procedures. Ensure that all 3t quality and operational procedures are adhered to at all times

- Industry recognised Assessor Qualification, SQA / OPITO or equivalent
- Industry recognised Instructor / Teaching Qualification
- Relevant lifting qualifications / certification, OPITO Rigger Competence Assessment or Reassessment, OPITO Banksman Slinger Competence Assessment or Reassessment Offshore Crane Operator Certification
- Courses initially required to deliver: OPITO Rigger / Banksman Initial Training OPITO Rigger / Banksman Competence Assessments Loler Competent Person Client bespoke lifting courses as required
- Variety of HSE courses
