Assistant Headteacher, English or Head of English

This leadership post at West Exe School, part of the Ted Wragg Trust, can be filled at assistant headteacher level or as head of English, with English as the subject focus. The work centres on building a knowledge-rich English curriculum rooted in great texts and on modelling consistently strong teaching across the department. The role is for an established middle leader or an ambitious teacher with leadership experience, and the post is 32.5 hours with a start in April 2027.
