A Learning Support Assistant post at Lamerton Church of England Academy, a small village school in the Tamar Valley run by the Learning Academy Partnership. The role centres on supporting pupils, including those with special educational needs, to overcome barriers to learning, with a particular focus on the most disadvantaged. Applicants need a DfE-recognised Level 3 qualification; experience with autism, speech and language or phonics is welcome but not required.
