Join the TS Team as a Well Intervention Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and safety‑driven Well Intervention Supervisor to join the TS team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, ensure flawless execution of intervention operations, and uphold the highest HSSE standards across TEPUK assets.
You will- Provide expert technical guidance and operational solutions for all well intervention activities.
- Deliver safe, efficient interventions on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and company HSSE policies.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to TEPUK HSSE policies and participate actively in emergency response.
- Ensure all interventions are executed in line with approved programmes and the PTW system, with comprehensive risk assessment.
- Lead and participate in emergency drills, providing timely feedback to the onshore superintendent.
- Encourage continuous safety reporting and communicate safety alerts across work teams.
- Serve as the offshore focal point for all well intervention operations across TEPUK assets.
- Maintain oversight of equipment, personnel, and processes, ensuring alignment with budget and operational objectives.
- Drive performance improvements and maintain clear communication with onshore teams.
- Capture lessons learned and support KPI and continuous improvement tracking.
- Assist in identifying and resolving well integrity concerns.
- Deliver accurate operational reporting and prepare EOWIR entries in WELLVIEW.
- Develop structured operational and logistics plans, coordinating equipment and personnel movements as required.
- Support programme reviews, onshore testing and SITs, and participation in HAZID/HAZOP sessions.
- Contribute to QA/QC activities and the close‑out of GRAL actions.
- Lead pre‑job meetings and toolbox talks (TBTs) to ensure team aware ness and readiness.
- Proven industry training and strong technical expertise in well intervention operations.
- A minimum of seven years’ experience within the energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams, coordinating logistics, and overseeing all HSSE aspects of offshore operations.
- Fluency in English is essential.
