Archer Well Company is seeking Lead Roustouts to join an offshore team in the North Sea on a 3/3 rotation. The role covers supervision of deck, lifting, and safety-critical operations as part of the new build compact workover rig deployment.
You will work from Dyce and engage in platform preparation, rig mobilisation, and offshore support activities. Candidates should have offshore roustabout experience, OPITO certifications, and the ability to operate safely under company procedures and safety
