Recruit Me is seeking an experienced Shift Team Leader for a 24/7 energy facility near South Lanarkshire. You will lead the shift, operate turbines, boilers and process equipment via DCS/HMI/SCADA, and ensure safe, reliable plant operation.
Ideal candidates have power generation or energy-from-waste backgrounds, strong DCS/SCADA skills, and prior team leadership experience. IOSH/NEBOSH experience is advantageous but not essential.
