The Role and Responsibilities

Ener Mech currently have an opportunity for a Hydraulic Engineer to join the Fluid Power Products team based in Aberdeen. You will join a busy and growing team working on projects supporting our Energy Solutions business line. In this role you will be responsible for safely undertaking duties within a multi‑disciplinary team, from initial kick off to issue of deliverables. Other main duties will include:

  • Responsible for the delivery of technical work scopes
  • Contributing to teams of Project Manager, Lead, Senior & Project Engineers for the purpose of delivering our clients projects including management of and communication with 3rd party suppliers, sub‑contractors and Ener Mech service departments
  • Responsible for providing innovative designs to solve client needs
  • To be involved in the testing of unit designs
The Requirements

You will be degree qualified in Hydraulics or Mechanical Engineering or hold a similar qualification with relevant experience. As a professional engineer you will be able to manage your time and conflicting priorities whilst adapting to change and seeking out opportunities and guidance when required.
