About the Role
As a Parts Engineer at NOV, you will be responsible for managing spare parts and ensuring the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) across the Process Systems equipment portfolio. This role plays a critical part in supporting both tender and project phases by ensuring the accuracy and availability of spare part data. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including procurement, engineering, lifecycle services, and project management—to handle spare part structures, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Daily responsibilities include managing data in systems such as D365, Oracle, and Teamcenter, and reviewing technical drawings and product documentation to ensure consistency and traceability.

- Maintain consistency and traceability across models, drawings, and BOMs
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams for part validation
- Generate and maintain accurate spare part lists
- Contribute to continuous improvement and method development initiatives
- Act as the internal point of contact for part‑related queries
- Degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and standards
- Experience in spare part management and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with systems such as Oracle, D365, and Teamcenter
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Prior experience within the Oil and Gas industry
- Strong customer focus (internal/external)
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Team‑oriented and collaborative in problem‑solving
