To lead and grow the HV business
, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and a continuous pipeline of work while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability

• Lead HV operations
  , ensuring safety and compliance with company standards
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement project controls
• Identify and develop new HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders
• Coach staff, set goals, and support the Operations Manager

• Strong HV engineering knowledge and commercial understanding
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business
• Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering is desirable
• IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification
