The Successful Valve Engineer / Service Technician / Valve Technician will provide mechanical engineering service and repair of valves and the workshop in Aberdeen and occasionally offshore.
The Valve Engineer / Service Technician / Valve Technician will have experience of servicing valve products and have a willingness to do ad hoc offshore work.

- Will provide mechanical engineering service and repair of valves and the workshop in Aberdeen and occasionally offshore.
- The valve technician will provide service on actuators and other ancillary equipment.
- To assist in the training and onboarding of new / less experienced personal, both onshore and offshore.
- Submit accurate visit and time sheets duly signed by the customer upon completion of the work, including the detail of any damaged equipment.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Proven experience of servicing valve products and have a willingness to do ad hoc offshore work.
- Experience as a valve engineer / valve technician / service engineer / service technician / mechanical engineer or similar
- Offshore experience is desirable though not a necessity
- A technical mechanical qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
- Willingness to work mainly in the workshop in Aberdeen and offshore when required.
