Engineering Team Leader – Manufacturing

Pay: £55,000 – £60,000

Hours:

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

We’re looking for an Engineering Team Leader ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company. With a reputation for genuine training, development and progression opportunities, this is an exciting time to join the business.

• Hands‑on and hands‑off engineering activities.
• Oversee a team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern.
• Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities.
• Identify improvements and efficiencies on machinery and involvement in project work.

• Multi‑skilled engineering background.
• Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
