Wireline Field Logging Engineer

We are currently seeking Wireline Logging Engineers to join our busy Wireline team offshore.

The Key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Supervise field crew, providing direction and training as needed. Foster a team environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Attend pre- and post-job Client meetings when required
• Ensure the Client's technical objectives are always understood and effectively communicated to the rest of the team.
• Ensure correct planning of operation including mobilization of correct equipment.
• Travel to and perform field operations at oil and gas wellsite’s, possibly in remote geographical areas.
• Evaluate and interpret data during and after logging operations. Analyze well site related problems and apply appropriate technological solution to solve them.
• Maintain sufficient working knowledge of Archer proprietary equipment and commoditized well services equipment that you are required to use.
• Communicate to Line Supervisors/Managers any concerns, suggestions, ideas and improvements
• Train other engineers in competence of your expertise when required by the Operations Managers.
• Ensure the final job report is produced to required standard in a timely and efficient manner.
